What the update covers

Material AML/CFT and financial sanctions rules, consultations, guidance, supervisory findings and enforcement lessons. Each development identifies the source, status, publication date, relevant deadline, practical implication and a direct source link. FATF standards and Wolfsberg guidance are distinguished from binding regulatory requirements.

Coverage prioritizes developments relevant to financial institutions and the technology providers supporting their compliance programs. EU coverage is at Union level; national developments are included when material to that scope. Routine sanctions-list entries are summarized when they signal a material program change; this digest is not a daily designation feed.
